what is it that you actually do?

I am a medium and a psychic. I read tarot and the akashic records. I am also a past life regressionist. I also offer bespoke services of spiritual coaching for creatives, neurodivergent people, eccentrics & those in enthusiastic recovery .

what do you do outside of spirituality?

I am writing two novels, I paint & I am an internationally published poet. I also self-publish poetry. last year I had my poem “addict” go viral on a poetry website. I do spoken word performances of all my pieces. it has been my spiritual work that has opened me up creatively.

who is Cassandra?

Cassandra is a character in Homer’s epic poem ‘The Iliad’ which is about The Trojan War. Cassandra is a Trojan Princess. she is the sister of Paris, the prince who caused the war by kidnapping Helen from her husband. Cassandra dedicates her life in service to the god Apollo & is a priestess. Cassandra was granted the gift of prophecy by the god Apollo. however, there was a hidden cost to this gift. Apollo expected that Cassandra would be won over to form a romantic relationship with him. when she rejected his advances, he cursed her to ensure that whilst her prophecies would be accurate & she would see them clearly - no one would ever believe her. despite this, Cassandra accurately predicts the tragedies to come. she is locked away & regarded as insane. she is made to believe that she deserved to be cursed. often people do not wish to know the truth.

what do you mean by ‘Recovered’?

I love the idea of Cassandra freeing herself, doing her healing work & disconnecting from negative messaging about her to fully believe in her personal power. perhaps running away to become an Oracle at Delphi where she could be fully appreciated! the ancient Greeks routinely took guidance from Oracles & it was commonplace for people to have divination tools as staple household items. personally, I had undiagnosed ADHD until I was 34 years old. prior to this, I was in recovery from c-PTSD & acute events based PTSD for 5 years. at this side of my journey, I am grateful for my adversity because it has been teaching me who I truly am. it’s my belief that our Higher Self orchestrates challenges for us to overcome during our incarnations in order to direct us towards our truest life. I am grateful for my experiences that meant stigma around mental illness fell away for me. I am trauma informed through personal experience & healing. I believe that it is our authenticity that is the KEY to our unique gifts that we came to this world to give. I came out as a lesbian in my late 20s & as non-binary around 18 months ago. I have been addressing my inter-generational trauma & witnessing the halo of healing that this is creating in my own family. I have been alcohol-free for over three years. claiming perspectives on my own recovery that centred my own choice & personal authority has been incredible. our thoughts create our reality, mental health is important. I have noticed that as a society we become so focused on healing our thinking mind that we forget that our emotional, somatic & spiritual healing are just as important. we must heal all together in soul groups. when I discovered that ultimate healing was a reclaiming of my spiritual self, my life expanded rapidly.

why is neurodivergence important to you?

we are often misunderstood & we are energetically sensitive so we absorb the burden of thinking that something is wrong with us. we deny our inherent gifts because of dysfunctional negative self beliefs that develop over a lifetime of drinking in energies that do not serve us. we are often talented, innovative creative and intuitive people, amongst other things. when we accept the divinity in ourselves & learn how to use energetic boundaries, we unearth our gifts. allow yourself to be you - it is the best thing about you.

what reflections do you have on healing from the perspective of where you are at now?

healing never stops so don’t make it a chore. allowing our creative self to breathe brings joy into the process, drop perfection & just be. you are the expert on you, no one else. it’s a marathon not a sprint, having unlimited compassion for yourself is mandatory.

why is tarot so powerful?

it’s an incredible art form drenched in beautiful & ancient symbolism. they tell you the things that you need to know. there are many ways to read tarot. I combine mediumship with tarot to deliver messages to clients. this being said, you don’t have to believe in anything that I do for tarot to be a useful tool for guidance & introspection.

what are the akashic records?

they are our soul records. we can all access our own records. with consent, a psychic reader can access them on our behalf in order to learn information about our soul to help us reach deeper self understanding. for example, we may learn where our first incarnation took place or what our soul’s aligned self expression is. the possibilities are quite literally endless & it is all about intent.

isn’t past life regression a little weird?

I love my weird! throughout my own extensive studies & self regression I have experienced enough to be utterly convinced. I think that everything & almost everyone we come across in this lifetime is connected to previous lifetimes.

okay, so why are we here on Earth then?

I think that the main reason we are on Earth is to heal & spread love, the rest is pretty irrelevant.
